Notice dates, renewals, expiries — seen coming.
Filetable reads your leases, service contracts, subscriptions, insurance policies and identity documents, extracts the dates that matter — end date, notice period, renewal, expiry, next review — computes each deadline and emails the owner before it passes.
Critical dates are buried on page seven of a contract.
Automatic renewals are noticed after the notice period has passed.
Identity documents expire without anyone knowing.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead can I be warned?
Alerts show what's coming 7, 14 or 30 days ahead, and filters can use any relative date.
Is the notice deadline read or computed?
Computed. The end date, the next renewal and the notice period are read from the contract, and computed columns count back from them — correct a date and the deadline follows.
Can I keep KYC documents apart?
Yes: keep them in a workspace for the people who handle compliance. Access per table and folder inside a shared workspace is coming soon.
