Every value traced back to where it came from.
Filetable keeps a link between each extracted value and the region of the page it was read from. Hover a cell to see it highlighted; click a highlight to jump to its cell.
Every value linked to the page
- 1
Extracted with its location
As fields are extracted, their position on the page is recorded with the value.
- 2
Hover to verify
Hovering a cell highlights its source in the document and scrolls to it.
- 3
Correct in place
If a value is wrong, fix the cell; its link goes, because the value no longer comes from the page.
What you get
Hover any extracted value to see where it came from, highlighted on the page. Audit-ready data for finance and compliance teams — no black box.
PDFs and scans
Regions are highlighted on the page itself, for native PDFs and scanned paper alike.
Word and Excel too
In Word and Excel files, values are anchored to the text they came from.
Searchable scans
Scanned pages get a selectable text layer and a search inside the document.
QR codes located
Values read from a Swiss QR-bill point to the code on the page.
AI reads each document, decides what it is and which table it belongs to, and pulls out the fields you care about — line items included. Every value stays linked to the spot on the page it came from and is checked against its field's rules, and Form view sets each document beside its fields for a quick review.

Frequently asked questions
Which documents get source links?
PDFs and images get highlighted regions; Word and Excel files get text anchors. CSV and XML imports are mapped column by column instead.
Is every value linked?
Every value the AI can locate on the page. A value that can't be located precisely is still extracted — just without a highlight.
Why does it matter?
Because a reviewer can check a figure in a second, and an auditor can see where it came from without opening a folder of PDFs.
