Your pipeline, one card per row.
Lay out any view as a board: one lane per option of a tag, or per state of a workflow status, one card per row. Drag a project from Qualified to Approved and its tag is written. Drop an invoice on Settled, and the transition that leads there opens its playbook — the card changes lane once the payment is recorded.
Drag a card — the work follows
- 1
Pick Kanban in View
Any saved view of a table with a single-choice tag or a workflow status — invoices, quotes, tasks, claims.
- 2
Arrange the lanes
Lanes in the colours of their tags or states, with their counts: drag them into your order, hide the ones you don't need.
- 3
Move the cards
Drag a card to another lane — or use its menu. On a status, the lanes it can reach light up and the transition's playbook opens.
What you get
See any table as a board — one lane per status or per tag — and drag a card to move it. On a workflow status, the drop opens the transition's playbook.
The same data
A board is another way to see a table — its filters, sort and fields stay the view's, and nothing is copied.
Moves that make sense
On a status board, a card only lands where one of its transitions leads — and the playbook makes it true.
Cards that show what matters
Each card shows its title and the first fields of the view that have a value; a click opens the whole record.
Fast on big tables
Every lane is read at once with its count, and grows on demand with “Show more”.
Files are renamed and placed in the right folders automatically — by supplier, quarter, property or employee — and move when their data changes. Every table is yours to see as a grid, a form beside its documents, a tree or a Kanban board.

Frequently asked questions
Which tables can be shown as a board?
Any table with a tag column holding one tag per row, or a workflow status. A view keeps its layout, and a dashboard can show it as a board too.
What happens when I drop a card on a status lane?
The status isn't written: it follows the data. The drop opens the playbook of the transition that leads to that lane; once its steps are done, the card moves on its own.
Can I add a card from the board?
Yes, with the “+” of a tag lane, which fills in its tag. A status lane has none: a row is created, then walked through its playbooks.
