The same data, the view you need.

Views turn a table into a to-do list, a report or a hierarchy. Save as many as you like, share them with the team and open each one with its own link.

How it works

Filter, group and nest your records

  1. 1

    Filter

Nested AND/OR filters with relative dates: this quarter, the next 30 days, overdue.

  2. 2

    Group and total

Group by up to three levels, with totals per group and a summary footer.

  3. 3

    Save and share

Each view has its own link, and auto-save keeps it current as you work.

What you get

Save the views your team works in: nested filters, relative dates, grouping with totals, tree views and hidden columns — each with its own link.

Tree view

Nest rows under their parent, drag to re-parent, indent with Tab.

Only the columns you need

Show, hide, pin and reorder columns — or hide the empty ones automatically.

Drop to create

Drop a document on a view and it becomes a row with the view's default values.

On your home page

Pin a table, on the view you use most, to your home page.

Where it sits in the cycle

Files are renamed and placed in the right folders automatically — by supplier, quarter, property or employee — and move when their data changes. Every table is yours to see as a grid, a form beside its documents, a tree or a Kanban board.

Frequently asked questions

Are views shared?

Yes. Views are shared with everyone who can see the table, so the team works from the same lists.

Does a view change the data?

No. A view only changes how records are shown; everyone sees the same underlying rows.

Can a view show totals?

Yes. Each group shows its totals, and the footer can sum, average, count or find the minimum and maximum of up to five columns.
