Every document beside its fields.
Lay out any view as a form: one card per record, its document on the left and its fields on the right. Click a field and its spot on the page lights up; point at the page and the field it was read into answers. In Focus, it is one record at a time — ← and → to move on.
Review each document beside its fields
- 1
Switch a view to Form
Pick Form in the View menu of any saved view — the invoices to check, this month's receipts, a client's quarter.
- 2
Compare value and page
Each field the AI filled carries its mark; a click lights the spot on the page it was read from. Correct it right there.
- 3
Move on with the keyboard
Focus shows one record at a time: ← → or J K to the next one, through every page of the view.
What you get
Go through a batch one record at a time — the document on the left, its fields on the right, each value lit where it was read. ← → to the next one.
The page stays in view
The document stays pinned beside the fields while they scroll past.
Both ways
Field to page, and page to field: point at a value on the document to find the field it fills.
The same editors
Every field edits as it does in the row's panel — dates, tags, linked records, amounts.
Wherever a view goes
A form can sit in a dashboard, or in a linked table under a record.
AI reads each document, decides what it is and which table it belongs to, and pulls out the fields you care about — line items included. Every value stays linked to the spot on the page it came from and is checked against its field's rules, and Form view sets each document beside its fields for a quick review.

Frequently asked questions
Is Form view for data entry too?
Yes. Any field can be edited from the card, and a row added from a form opens with all its fields.
Can I see just one record at a time?
Turn on Focus at the bottom of the view: one card per page, with the arrow keys or J and K to move.
What if a record has no document?
Its card shows the fields alone, in one to four columns as the width allows.
