Supplier invoices, processed as they arrive.
Suppliers email their invoices to your workspace; paper ones are scanned with a phone. Filetable splits batches, reads every field, line and QR-bill, links each invoice to its supplier and order — and gives it a payment status that keeps itself current, from to pay to settled or overdue.
Invoices arrive in every format through every channel, and someone retypes them.
A forty-page scan hides twenty invoices that must be separated first.
Due dates are tracked in a spreadsheet — or not at all.
From the inbox to the payment list
- Receive
Suppliers send to your workspace's private address; paper is scanned with a phone; a batch PDF is dropped in the drive.
- Understand
Batch PDFs are split for review; each invoice is classified and its header, VAT breakdown, QR-bill data and line items extracted.
- Connect
The issuer is matched to your supplier directory — or created — the invoice linked to its order and delivery note, its due date computed from the payment terms, and the documents that look like it flagged as possible duplicates.
- Organize
Invoices are renamed and filed under Sales & Purchases › Invoices › Received, by supplier and period, without anyone moving a file.
- Act
“Amounts due — next 10 days” sends the team what to pay, before it's late; the invoices to pay leave as Excel or CSV for the payment run or the bookkeeping.

Frequently asked questions
Does it read Swiss QR-bills?
Yes. The QR code is decoded and its IBAN, amount and reference feed the extraction.
Can suppliers send invoices straight to Filetable?
Yes. Give them your workspace's private address. Only the senders you allow are accepted, and every attachment is processed like an upload.
Can it handle several currencies?
Yes. Amounts are stored with their currency — CHF, EUR, USD or any other.
