Forward the email. The attachments do the rest.
Each workspace gets its own private address. Forward an invoice — or ask suppliers to send them there — and every attachment is imported, read and filed like any upload.
Forward invoices to your workspace
- 1
Create an address
Up to 20 addresses per workspace, each with a label: one for invoices, one per supplier, one per client.
- 2
Decide who may send
Workspace members only by default, or a list of allowed senders. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked on every message.
- 3
Attachments are processed
Each attachment runs through the same pipeline as an upload: classified, extracted, matched and filed.
What you get
Give your workspace its own email address. Forward supplier invoices and every attachment is imported, checked for its sender and processed.
Private by construction
Every address carries an unguessable secret and can be paused or regenerated at any moment.
Automatic or approved
Import attachments as they arrive, or hold each message for approval first.
Forwarded mail opened
Emails forwarded as attachments are opened up to three levels deep to reach the documents inside.
Duplicates skipped
The same attachment sent twice is imported once. Refused mail stays visible, with “Import anyway” when you know the sender.
Documents arrive the way they already do: dragged into the drive, forwarded by email, photographed on a phone or imported as a bank file. Filetable takes them in bulk and keeps every original — everything that comes in shows up in Inbound.

Frequently asked questions
Can I forward from Outlook or Gmail?
Yes, from any mailbox: forward by hand, set a rule that forwards invoices automatically, or give the address to your suppliers.
Is the body of the email processed?
No. Only attachments are imported. The message itself is kept for reference in a safe viewer, with remote images blocked.
Can anyone send documents to my address?
Only the senders you allow: by default, the members of your workspace. You can also allow a list of up to 200 senders.
