Invoice, contract, payslip? Filetable knows.
Before anything is extracted, AI decides what each document is and which of your tables it belongs to. Confident decisions happen on their own; uncertain ones wait for you.
Every document in the right table
- 1
Compare with your tables
The AI weighs the document against your tables, their columns and your workspace context.
- 2
Decide or ask
Above your confidence threshold the document is filed; below it, you choose from ranked suggestions.
- 3
Extract and place
Once the table is known, fields are extracted and the file is renamed and placed in its folders.
What you get
Filetable recognises invoices, contracts, payslips and statements and files each in the right table. Below your confidence threshold, it asks first.
Your threshold
Decide how confident the AI must be before it files a document on its own — or make it always ask.
Ranked suggestions
When it asks, the most likely tables come first, so the decision is one click.
Recorded in the history
Each file's processing history shows which table was chosen, and with what confidence.
Nothing forced
A document that fits none of your tables is stored without extraction instead of being pushed into the wrong one.
AI reads each document, decides what it is and which table it belongs to, and pulls out the fields you care about — line items included. Every value stays linked to the spot on the page it came from and is checked against its field's rules, and Form view sets each document beside its fields for a quick review.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make Filetable always ask?
Yes. “Always ask” turns automatic filing off: every document waits for you to choose its table.
Does classification use my own tables?
Yes. It only ever chooses among the tables in your workspace, using their names, columns and AI descriptions.
What about PDFs that contain several documents?
They are detected first and split — with your confirmation — so each document is classified on its own.
