Documents that find each other.
When a document arrives, Filetable links it to the records it relates to — the supplier, the purchase order, the invoice a payment settles — with matching rules you define, and AI scoring where exact values aren't enough.
Documents that find each other
- 1
Write the rules
Per relation: exact conditions — same reference, amount within 5 %, date within 60 days — and AI checks, tried in order.
- 2
Score the candidates
The AI scores each remaining candidate from 0 to 100, guided by your prompt if you add one.
- 3
Link or suggest
Above the link threshold records are linked; above the suggestion threshold they wait for one-click review.
What you get
Match invoices to orders, bank lines to invoices and documents to suppliers with rules you control: exact filters first, AI judgement with a threshold.
Exact first, AI second
Filter conditions run first; a single exact match links without calling the AI at all.
Your thresholds
New AI checks start at 95 to link and 70 to suggest. Change them rule by rule.
Create what's missing
When nothing matches, create the related record automatically — a new supplier, a new project.
See why
Every link shows its score and the rule that matched, with other suggestions one click away.
An invoice is linked to its supplier, its order and the payments that settle it; rollups add up what is linked. A workflow status then reads where each record stands — To Pay, Partially Paid, Settled — from the data, never typed by hand.

Frequently asked questions
What can I match?
Any two tables linked by a relation: invoices and orders, delivery notes and orders, bank lines and invoices, documents and contacts, projects or properties.
How are matches scored?
Rules are tried in order. Exact filters narrow the candidates; AI checks then score each one from 0 to 100 against your thresholds.
Can matching run on demand?
Yes. A rule can run as documents arrive or only when you click Match. You can also retry a cell or see its other suggestions.
