Frequently asked questions
What counts as a document?
One file processed end to end: read, classified and extracted into your tables. As a guide, a one-page document uses about 1,000 AI credits. It is an estimate, not a fixed price: a document with more pages, a table with a detailed schema or many values to extract uses more. Your allowance is counted in credits, and every document's history shows what it used.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing is lost: processing pauses until your allowance renews, and a document already being processed is always finished — so a month can end slightly above its limit. To keep going, buy prepaid credit packs: 10 for 20,000 credits, 25 (−10%), 50 (−15%) or 100 (−20%), in CHF or EUR — and set a monthly ceiling for what extra credits may spend.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your workspace settings. Your data stays yours: export any table to Excel or CSV whenever you like.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the rate that applies to you.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland, on Microsoft Azure (Zurich region). Documents are read by the AI providers on our sub-processor list, with processing in Europe preferred where a provider offers it.
