Know who has paid, and what's coming due.

Import your bank statement and each rent finds its tenancy; the ones missing show up the same morning. Leases are read for their rent, notice period and indexation, and every contractor invoice lands on its building and unit.

The challenge

Rents are ticked off against the rent roll by hand, every month.

Notice dates and indexations live in one person's calendar.

Leases, invoices and plans for hundreds of units are filed by whoever touched them last.

How Filetable handles it

Rents, leases and charges, building by building

  1. Receive

Leases and contractor invoices are uploaded or emailed in; the bank's camt.053 statement is dropped in as often as you like.

  2. Understand

Each lease gives its tenant, unit, rent, start and end, notice period and indexation clause; each invoice its contractor and amount.

  3. Connect

Rent payments are matched to their tenancy by reference, tenant and amount; invoices and plans link to their building and unit, and costs roll up per building.

  4. Organize

Folders per building and unit are generated from your data — leases, invoices and plans inside each.

  5. Act

A view lists the rents not received this month; alerts warn you 30 days before every lease's notice deadline and list the maintenance requests running late; each building's rents and charges leave as Excel or CSV for the owners.

Frequently asked questions

Can it match the rents on our bank statement?

Yes. Import the camt.053 file or a CSV, and matching rules — reference, tenant, amount — link each payment to its tenancy. What doesn't match waits for review.

Can I generate charge calls?

Not yet: generating them from your data is coming soon. Today, charge calls are read, linked to their property and compared with actual charges.

Does it handle plans and drawings?

Yes. Drawings and plan revisions have their own table, with drawing number, discipline and revision.
