Every deal, from request to margin, in one place.
For traders and distributors, a deal is a chain of documents: the customer's request, your quote, their order, your confirmation — and on the buying side, the supplier's offer, your order, their confirmation. Filetable attaches each to its deal, whatever reference it cites, and computes the margin as they arrive.
Sales and purchase documents for the same deal are filed apart.
References are decorated, shortened or missing — “RFQ036480”, “ticket 14050”, “Order 001204565”.
A deal's margin is known only afterwards, in a spreadsheet.
Every deal and its margin, traced
- Receive
Requests, quotes, orders and confirmations are uploaded or forwarded — the ones you send and the ones you receive.
- Understand
Each is classified from your side — who issues, who receives — with a workspace context that says who you are, so your company is never read as the customer.
- Connect
Matching rules attach each document to its deal: the strict reference first, then the document it cites, then supplier and items when it cites nothing at all.
- Organize
Each deal lists its documents in order, with its stage: requested, quoted, ordered, confirmed.
- Act
A space shows open deals and their margins, an alert flags the quotes about to expire, and the pipeline leaves as Excel or CSV for the sales review.

Frequently asked questions
Can it tell our documents from our suppliers'?
Yes. The workspace AI context and the classification descriptions state who issues and who receives each kind of document.
What if a document cites no reference at all?
Matching falls back to the supplier, the items and the dates, with the AI to confirm. What it can't place with confidence waits as a suggestion, accepted in one click.
Does it need to connect to our ERP?
No. Filetable reads the documents your ERP produces and the ones you receive; nothing has to be connected.
