Your clients' paperwork, ready to book.

Clients send what they send: photos, scans, a quarter of PDFs the day before the deadline. Filetable sorts them, reads amounts and VAT, suggests the account from your chart of accounts, matches the bank lines — and shows you which receipts are still missing.

The challenge

Every client sends documents differently — often all at once, at the deadline.

Hours of sorting and keying before any real accounting starts.

Finding the receipt behind a bank line means digging through folders — or asking the client again.

How Filetable handles it

Client documents in, bookable data out

  1. Receive

Each client gets a workspace with its own email address: they forward, upload or scan from their phone, or you drop their batch in.

  2. Understand

Batches are split and each document classified — invoice, receipt, statement, payslip, VAT return or annual accounts; dates, amounts and VAT are extracted, each linked to its spot on the page.

  3. Connect

The AI picks the account from your chart of accounts — the Swiss SME chart or the French PCG — and bank lines are matched to the invoices they pay.

  4. Organize

Files are renamed and filed by quarter and counterparty; a view lists the bank lines with no document behind them yet.

  5. Act

Export each period to Excel or CSV, in the column layout your accounting software imports.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep each client separate?

Yes. Each client can have their own workspace, and you switch between them in one click.

Which charts of accounts are included?

The Accountant template comes with the Swiss SME chart and the French PCG. Accounts are rows in a table: add, rename or remove them like any other.

Does it post to my accounting software?

Not directly. Excel and CSV exports import into most accounting tools.
