Drop the pile. Filetable sorts it out.
Drag a folder, a batch of scans or a single invoice anywhere in Filetable. Files upload in parallel and go straight into processing — and show up in Inbound.
Drop files anywhere, in any volume
- 1
Drop anything
Drag files onto the drive, a folder, the home page or directly onto a table view.
- 2
Stored in Switzerland
The original files are encrypted before they are stored, in Switzerland.
- 3
Processed automatically
Filetable reads, classifies and extracts each file, then places it in the right folder.
What you get
Drag whole folders of PDFs, Office files, scans and images into Filetable. Every file is read, classified and filed in the background.
PDF, Office, images, CSV, XML
PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, JPEG, PNG, TIFF and HEIF images, text, CSV and XML are all read. Any other file is stored as it is.
Built for volume
Up to 500 MB per file and 500 pages per document. Large drops are split into batches and uploaded in parallel.
Drop onto a table
Drop a file on a saved view and it becomes a new row, pre-filled with the view's defaults and extracted into it.
Duplicates handled
A file with the same name already exists? Replace it, keep both or skip — for one file or for all of them.
Documents arrive the way they already do: dragged into the drive, forwarded by email, photographed on a phone or imported as a bank file. Filetable takes them in bulk and keeps every original — everything that comes in shows up in Inbound.

Frequently asked questions
Which file types does Filetable read?
PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, images (JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, HEIF), plain text, Markdown, HTML, CSV and XML. Any other file can be stored in the drive; it just isn't read by the AI.
Is there a limit to how many files I can upload at once?
Not per upload: large drops are sent in batches automatically. Each file can be up to 500 MB and the AI reads up to 500 pages per document. Your plan sets how many AI credits you get each month.
Are my files encrypted?
The original files are encrypted before they reach storage, in Switzerland. The text and values read from them stay in your workspace, where you can search and edit them.
