Your records, in tables built your way.
Every document type, directory and list in Filetable is a table you can change: add a field, group columns, set defaults, link it to another table — without asking anyone.

What you get
Build tables with 30+ field types — currency, period, address, lookup, rollup, relations. Paste from Excel, undo anything, reshape as you go.
Money and time done right
Currencies with their decimals, percentages, durations and periods that follow your fiscal year.
Structured addresses
Address autocomplete that stays structured, so you can filter by postcode or city.
Numbers that count
Autonumbers with a prefix, like INV-0042, and line numbers within a document.
Two kinds of tables
Document tables receive your files and the AI fills in each row; standard tables hold everything else — each starts with the right columns.
Files are renamed and placed in the right folders automatically — by supplier, quarter, property or employee — and move when their data changes. Every table is yours to see as a grid, a form beside its documents, a tree or a Kanban board.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a formula language?
Filetable uses no-code computed columns instead: lookups, rollups, transformations, concatenations and if-then-else rules.
How many columns can a table have?
Up to 300.
Can I bring in an existing spreadsheet?
Yes: import a CSV into any table with an AI-proposed column mapping, or paste rows straight from Excel.
