Everything that runs your business is already written down somewhere.

In an invoice. A contract. A statement. A quote. A lease. A payslip.

Your customers, your suppliers, your deadlines, your obligations, your margins: it is all there, in black and white. And yet, to steer, you copy. Into a spreadsheet, into business software, into a project tool. By hand. Again and again.

Today, that stops.

Filetable reads everything, down to the last line. It turns every document into clear data, linked together and checkable in one click. And on that data, you build exactly what you need: the payments to follow up, the contracts to renew, the obligations to meet, the projects to deliver, the requests to handle.

Everything updates itself. Everyone sees the same thing. And at every moment, you finally know where your business stands.

One platform. As flexible as a spreadsheet, as simple as a drive, at the price of a tool built for small and medium businesses.

Filetable is open. To everyone. Now.

Six months on the paperwork front line

Filetable did not learn on tidy sample files. For six months, tradespeople, agencies, shops, offices and small businesses of every kind trusted it with their real day-to-day: invoices with a dozen lines, endless bank statements, forty-page leases, crumpled delivery notes, receipts photographed at an angle on the corner of a table.

Every week, they told us what was wrong. Every week, we shipped. Six months later, Filetable is ready.

Our testers left us three rules. We carved them into the product.

  1. 1It always shows its evidence

Every amount, every date is linked to the exact place it was read. One click, and you see the line in the PDF. No more "are you sure about that number?".

  2. 2It files without being asked

Supplier, year, status: every document goes straight into the right folder. You will never search for a file again.

  3. 3It never makes you fill in a status

A dropdown someone forgets to update is worse than none. Filetable knows where every case stands, because it reads it in the facts.

Three rules, written by the people who used it before anyone else.

You drop it in. It does the rest.

PDF, scan, e-mail, bank export: however your documents arrive, it does not matter. Filetable reads them, pulls out every useful piece of information (supplier, amount, due date, line items) and puts it into clear tables, organized the way you work.

Above all, it makes the links by itself. This invoice goes with this order. This payment settles this invoice. This note confirms this delivery. What you used to piece together in your head, it sees at a glance.

Drop in a document and it files itself. Open it: the page on the left, what it read on the right, each value highlighted at its source.

It already knows your documents

No need to teach it the trade. From day one, Filetable reads the documents you receive every day, and many more. It also knows how they fit together: the invoice, its order and its delivery note. The payslip and its payroll statement.

Ten of the documents it masters from day one. Click to see what it gets out of them.

The invoice that runs itself

Let's follow a supplier invoice.

9:02: it arrives by e-mail. 9:03: Filetable has read it, filed it in the supplier's folder and added it to the list of payments to make. Status: To Pay. Nobody lifted a finger.

The due date is getting close? An alert warns you. It passes without a payment? Overdue, on its own. A down payment comes in? Partially Paid. The balance reaches zero? Settled. You have not touched a single status. And you never will again.

The status moves on by itself, at the pace of the facts. At every step, Filetable suggests what comes next.

Knowing where an invoice stands is good. Knowing what to do with it is better. That is exactly what our testers asked for: not "where is this invoice at?", but "what do I do now?".

Hence playbooks. At every step, Filetable suggests the right action: record a payment, report a dispute. Then it guides your team step by step, following your procedures: check the amount against the order, add the bank reference, attach the receipt. Everyone does it the same way, everyone sees the same thing, and nothing slips through the cracks any more.

  1. 1It arrives: To Pay

Read, filed, already in the list of payments, with its amount and its due date.

  2. 2The due date passes: Overdue

On its own. And an alert warned you before.

  3. 3It is paid: Settled

The playbook adds the payment and the receipt. While a balance remains: Partially Paid.

  4. 4Something is wrong: Disputed

You report the dispute and its reason. It leaves the list of payments until everything is sorted out.

From the inbox to the last cent, without a single status to update.

And the invoice is only one example. A quote to follow up, a contract to renew, an obligation to meet, a site to deliver, a hire, a claim: any case in your business can have its workflow status, its steps and its alerts. That is where Filetable becomes much more than a drive: the dashboard of your whole business, fed by your own documents.

One tool, every trade

Shop, building site, practice, agency, property management, workshop: every business has its documents and its way of working. Filetable adapts to it, not the other way round. It comes with ready-made use cases, folders and tracking included, that you adapt to the way you work.

And this is only the beginning

We are not slowing down, quite the opposite: we keep shipping every week. Here is what is coming.

  • AI chat: ask "How much did we pay Nordwind this quarter?" and get the answer, with the evidence.
  • API & MCP server: Filetable plugged into your software and your AI assistants.
  • AI agents: it files what arrives and chases overdue invoices, at night as on weekends, following your rules.

Then the document generator, per-folder permissions, secure fields and your own encryption key. Each new feature will be announced here, the week it ships.

Your turn

Create your workspace, drop in a pile of documents (or simply forward them by e-mail) and watch Filetable get to work. It is free, with no credit card until you choose a plan. Everything is on the pricing page.

Paperwork a little out of the ordinary? Write to us at hello@filetable.com. Tell us what you receive, and we will tell you what Filetable can do with it. We usually answer within a business day.

One last word for those who were there before everyone else. For six months, you used an unfinished product and told us, every week, what was wrong. Filetable is what it is thanks to you. Thank you.
