Correct it once. It learns.
When the AI reads a value wrong, you fix it — and can say why in a sentence. Filetable turns the correction into an instruction on the table, so the next documents are read right, without you writing a prompt.

Fix a value once, the AI remembers
- 1
Correct the value
Fix the field in the row, as you do today; the source page stays linked.
- 2
Say why, if you like
“The due date is the invoice date plus the payment terms.” A few words are enough.
- 3
The AI follows it
The reason becomes an instruction on the table or the field, applied to the next documents.
What you get
Correct an extracted value, say why in a few words, and Filetable turns it into an instruction the AI follows on the next documents. Coming soon.
Instructions you can read
Every learned rule is plain text in the table's AI settings — edit it or remove it.
Per table and per field
A rule for invoices never changes how contracts are read.
Your workspace only
What the AI learns from your corrections applies to your workspace — never to anyone else's.
Reviewed, not guessed
You decide which corrections become rules; a one-off fix stays a one-off.
AI reads each document, decides what it is and which table it belongs to, and pulls out the fields you care about — line items included. Every value stays linked to the spot on the page it came from and is checked against its field's rules, and Form view sets each document beside its fields for a quick review.

Frequently asked questions
When will it be available?
It's on our roadmap. Talk to us to hear when it opens — and send us the corrections you make most often.
Can I guide the AI today?
Yes. Write instructions yourself in the AI settings of a table, a field or the workspace — learning from corrections will add them for you.
Does a correction change other workspaces?
No. Learned instructions live in your workspace's AI settings and apply only there.
