FileTable Terms of Service
Description of Service: FileTable provides an intermediate step between job application and job interview. The service allows job seekers to “make available” their project files for employers. Job seekers then give a (FileTable.com Access Key)™ to employers whom will enter the access key at FileTable.com to view/download the projects of the potential employee. You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for FileTable to provide the free service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from FileTable, such as new free service announcements and administrative messages, and that this communication is part of the FileTable membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
Job Seeker Obligations: Job seekers may create, edit and manage an account; to supplement a resume with a chosen (FileTable.com Access Key)™. FileTable does not claim ownership of Content you submit to or make available at the website. Users may not upload any malicious, illegal, harmful or offensive file such as viruses and pornography. You also agree to provide true, accurate and current information about your skills and/or talents. And maintain and update your account to keep it true, accurate and current. If you provide any information that is untrue and inaccurate, or FileTable has reason to believe that such information is untrue and inaccurate, FileTable has the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Job Seeker Account Security: Upon completing the new member form provided here, your information will be kept private in our secure database and will not be distributed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your (FileTable.com Access Key)™ and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your (FileTable.com Access Key)™ or account.
Employer Obligations: You may supplement your want ads with messages similar to those provided: here
User Conduct (Both Job Seekers and Employers): Because of high user volume, FileTable can not control the content uploaded / made available from this website. Therefore you agree to not use the Service to:
.	Make available any content that is unlawful or harmful
.	Impersonate another
.	make available content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right
.	Execute a file that negatively affects the audiences' browser ability
.	Disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service
.	Provide resources to/for any terrorist organization
.	You acknowledge that FileTable is not obligated to; but has the right (in sole discretion) to screen and remove any content or account available at the website; that violates the TOS
FileTable’s Proprietary Rights: You acknowledge and agree that the service and any necessary software used in connection with the service (software) contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by FileTable or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the service of the software, in whole or in part. FileTable grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the software. You agree not to modify the software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the service. You agree not to access the service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by FileTable for use in accessing the service.
Procedure for Making a Claim of Copyright / Intellectual Property Infringement: FileTable respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. FileTable will, if it is the right thing to do, remove accounts of users who infringe. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or your intellectual property rights have been violated, please use Contact Us to send us:
.	The (FileTable.com Access Key) of the suspected offender
.	A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed
.	Your email address and (optional) your name and telephone number
.	A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
.	A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf
