Free AntiVirus Software Program Download That Works
Before discovering this program, too many times, I've run virus scans with the most popular commercial antivirus programs; only to end up rebuilding the computers; because these expensive antivirus programs did not work.
By day, I work as an IT associate; Almost every time, this program got rid of viruses that went undetected by company commercial virus scanners. And often saves me all the time it takes to pull a computer, take it to the lab, back up the files, re-install the Operating System, re-install the programs, drivers, transfer back the files and return the computer to the user.

Steps:
Download this free antivirus software program to your computer's desktop: (click the following link then click "save" not "run") Download Link
Notes: If you already have an antivirus program on your computer; disable the real time protection. And set it to NOT restart on reboot.
(Depending on the antivirus program you may already have; you may have to click an "Advanced" button within the settings window to find these; but it shouldn't be too hard to find).
Also increase to about 30 minutes, under "when disabled, enable after * minutes".
If you have more than one antivirus program; you'll have to do this to all of them.
Also turn off Windows Firewall.
Doing all of this is just to avoid the cleaning process getting blocked.
After the scan is complete, you can switch back to all your original settings.
When your ready, double click the "ComboFix" icon that you downloaded to your desktop.
It will pop up some Yes / No prompts, including the user agreement; keep clicking Yes; if asked to update, click Yes
If it asks to download a windows recovery console, click Yes
It's pretty straight forward; keep clicking Yes and you'll eventually see a message that includes: "... may take 10 ten minutes or longer until scan is complete".
When you see this message, let it do it's thing. It basically does a deep scan to get rid of all viruses, spyware and malware on your computer.
You will know it's done when it opens a scan log with a text editor (notepad).
In the log, under "Other Deletions" is a list of all the viruses it got rid of.
Close notepad, restart your computer and you should be all set.
